Select: Annals of Forest Science

Peerage of Science
09 Mar 2016

We are delighted to welcome yet another journal!

Annals of Forest Science is now in author's The Select -menu, which means you can click the journal logo anytime during the process to submit the process for consideration by journal editor. And Erwin Dreyer, who is the editor-in-chief for Annals of Forest Science, has access to all ongoing processes, and can make publishing offers to any manuscript in any stage.

Annals of Forest Science is the official publication of France's Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA), and published by Springer (and all Springer journals are already available as destinations in Peerage of Science in the The Connect -service). This journal's entry into the premium The Select -service is through a direct agreement between INRA and Peerage of Science, so the journal is now available as destination in both programs.

Inclusion of Annals of Forest Science also means that Peerage of Science now offers authors avenues in the early-submission part of the service to two Forestry journals that complement each other nicely: Silva Fennica, which joined a few months ago, ranks in second quarter in Thomson Reuters' Journal Citation Report in Forestry, while Annals of Forest Science is in the top quarter for Forestry.

And of course, at the end of the peer review process you have the option to export to all Springer destinations through integration between Peerage of Science and Springer Transfer Desk, and Springer features 14 Forestry-related journals.

Are you doing research related to Forestry? Go ahead and submit your work via Peerage of Science - get faster, fairer, better peer review with your favourite journals!
